The third Festival Tourtite Ifrane, held from 5 to 10 August under the sign "Nature at the crossroads of cultures", opened Wednesday night with a concert Belkhayate Abdelhadi. The sports complex Ifrane was packed with spectators who came to listen to classical Belkhayate "Qitar El Hayat", "Matakchi biya", "al Yadak inssane" or "Ya Bent ANNASSE" before continuing the evening with a group came from Spain, the star of the Middle Atlas Sherifa and the diva of the southern provinces Saida Sharaf. This event is initiated by the Association for the Advancement Tourtite cultural, artistic and sporting heritage preservation of mountain towns in collaboration with the province and the city council of Ifrane. It will be marked by concerts by Canadian artists and arts groups in Morocco and popular classics. According to the initiators of this event, this third edition will "stimulate sensations, touch the heart and elevate the mind to form a harmonious composition of colors and ask a gateway to people contacts from various sources. The festival is a meeting place between players who excel in a multitude of cultural expressions, which will come together to communicate their identity and enrich their differences, they add. Besides music, the event also includes the launch of a contest for the best picture of the city of Ifrane and its regions. The workshops of drawing and painting and free opening of an exhibition of 200 paintings by over 30 artists.
Tourtite also celebrates the child through various recreational activities ranging from setting up an amusement park and environmental education, organizing a carnival for children and through the towers of magic and songs and dances for children.
