The Morocco built in 2009 its first structures in favor of some 3.2 million Moroccans living abroad
Centers that are part of a "plan" will be built in Paris, Brussels, Barcelona, Montreal and Tripoli said Mohamed Ameur, Minister responsible for the Moroccan community living abroad.
Another measure announced an emergency program for teaching the Arabic language and culture of origin for children.
In 2009, the Department's actions also cover the implementation of a program of cultural exchange and stay in Morocco for the Children, said Mohamed Ameur and a support project of Moroccans residing abroad (MRE) during their holiday in the country: summer school, raid car-bike, summer camps and national holidays.
