Tajine pellets kefta
Recipe 
250 g of kefta
butter
salt-pepper
crushed hot pepper (optional)
1 tsp paprika
some eggs
Preparation
Make small balls of minced meat, the size of the balls of children, cook the meatballs in the
butter + a teaspoon of paprika, do not add water becaufe the kefta loose its juices cuissant.Laisser cook until sauce onctueuse.Au Just before serving, place the meatballs in a tajine , add a little pepper and cook over low heat. Break the eggs, sprinkle a little salt and remove from heat as soon as the egg whites are cooked.
