International Festival of Women Film Sale from September 28 to October 3, 2009
Women will be honored at Sale in the end of September: International Film Festival of Women in Sale from September 28 to October 3:
12 feature films produced in the 24 months preceding the Festival, representing the diversity and richness of cultural and cinematic filmmaking female.
The Palestinian Cinema projection with a selection of 25 Palestinian films (shorts and documentaries)
Will be honored women who made at least one feature: Fatima Jebli Ouazzani, Imane Mesbahi, Yasmine Kessari, Farida Benlyazid, Leila Marrakchi, Narjiss Nejjar, Bourquia Farida, Souad El Bouhati, Zakia Tahiri and Laila Kilani.
Tributes to two figures of the Moroccan and Arab cinema:
• * Naima * Saoudi, film technician, Morocco
* • * Alia Arasoughly, director, producer, film critic, Palestine.
Projection in the presence of 6 films of directors in connection with the celebration of the 50 ^ th anniversary of Moroccan film.
The festival awards prizes following officials:
• The Grand Prix Festival Sale
• The Special Jury Prize
• The Award for Best Actress
• The price of the Actor
• The Best Screenplay
