FITUR Madrid is one of the major tourism fairs in the world with over 12,000 exhibitors from 170 countries and regions and an average of 120,000 visitors.
Talking FITUR is about a meeting of professionals in the tourism industry to define the lines of work, strategies and business partnerships to stimulate and attract more tourists, innovating to meet the changing market demands.
Sponsoring institutions, the operating companies, hotels, travel agencies, consultants and experts in general management and development of international tourism, have their meeting point in Madrid, at the Fair FITUR.
In the last edition, 12,312 exhibitors from 170 countries and regions, 136,177 professional participants and 8,470 journalists met with the objective of converting a hobby into trading and trading in a host destination development for millions of travelers. The exhibition is divided into four sections: FITUR Congress, a meeting exclusively for tourism incentives and professional tour operators, FITUR Active, a section for active tourism, FITUR Know-how, a lounge for the tourist lading and finally , Residential FITUR dedicated to residential tourism.
FITUR presents new strategies in the tourism sector, promotion of new products, destinations and marketing activities. Fitur focuses on 
different industrial sectors such as hospitality, leisure and tourism agencies, among others.
