Morocco, among the most attractive destinations for British tourists in 2010 (ABTA)
London - The Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) said Tuesday that Morocco will be among the most attractive destinations for British tourists in 2010.
The strength of these three destinations is explained by the significant investments in building ho such luxuries and building infrastructure including airports and road networks, the report said, noting that Morocco, Egypt and Turkey attract travelers looking for high-level vacation at lower costs.
According to the association, destinations offering unique products or realize new breakthroughs in 2010.
"The travel industry has shown remarkable resilience in 2009," said Frances Tuke, spokesperson for ABTA, adding that the prospects for 2010 look promising especially for destinations offering a product adventure.
Established in 1950 by 22 travel agents, ABTA now has nearly 6,000 members. The association works to promote the travel industry in Britain and around the world.
