After the tremendous success of its first edition, SMAP EXPO returns of 2 to 4 December 2011 at the Palau Sant Jordi (Barcelona)
The biggest event of the estate and the Moroccan art of living so far organized in Spain.
The first edition of SMAP EXPO Barcelona took place on 23, 24 and 25 January 2009 at the Palau Sant Jordi: success with the presence of more than 80,000 visitors!
This first edition was launched by the Moroccan authorities and the high Catalan, including Ahmed Taoufik Hejira, Minister of Housing, Urbanism and Spatial Planning with Mr. Mohamed Ameur, Minister of State for Moroccan Community Living Abroad, also with Mr. José Montilla, the former president of the Catalonian government and several of his ministers.
On an exhibition area and animations of over 4,000 m², the second edition of SMAP EXPO Barcelona meet on 2, 3 and 4 December 2011, more than fifty exhibitors whose diverse selection of properties and the Banks represent all regions of Morocco.
The fair will be fruitful in events, conferences and debates rewarding, giving real estate professionals (lawyers, developers, builders, architects, designers ... etc..) The opportunity to speak on various topics and industry developments in Morocco and visitors the opportunity to learn and ask questions on key issues of housing and also for the acquisition of property.
Institutional village, which will be collected the various Spanish and Catalan governments.
More than 80,000 visitors are expected.
The latter will appreciate and enjoy the wide program of concerts from the repertoire of Moroccan song that will take place throughout the three days of the show. But also the craft that will take its place in this event.
750,000 Moroccan residents constitute the largest community, representing nearly 18% of the foreign population in Spain, according to official figures provided in 2007. She is also the first foreign community in Catalonia. An appointment specifically dedicated to the Diaspora and all friends of Morocco.
This second edition of SMAP EXPO Barcelona will be the fifth and final stage which will close in style this Road Show 2011 Europe in the prestigious Palau Sant Jordi, around the same theme combining real estate and the Moroccan art of living.
A party that can not fail Moroccans and Spaniards, and particularly the inhabitants of Catalonia who want to discover the land and traditions of a people proud and endearing.
